We absolutely offer custom design support and it’s one of our favorite parts of the process. Send over your brand kit, inspiration, and budget, and we’ll curate custom concepts and apparel ideas tailored to your brand. Custom design services are available for an additional fee.

Absolutely. We convert your logo into an embroidery-ready format for a one-time $25 digitizing fee. Once your file is created, we keep it on file for seamless reorders in the future.

Our wholesale minimum for custom grip socks is 25 pairs, and you’re welcome to mix and match designs to meet the minimum. For custom apparel and merchandise including crewnecks, hats, totes, and more, there is technically no minimum order quantity. However, pricing is volume-based, meaning larger orders receive better pricing and discounts.

We offer local pickup in Nashville at our warehouse location. At checkout you can select your preferred carrier UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex.

Turnaround times vary depending on current order volume and project size. Our standard production timeline is typically 1.5–2 weeks, while larger orders (300+ items) generally require closer to 3-4 weeks.

We can always do a rush order if needed.

You can send items to us to embroider for your business. We also have established partnerships with several companies to receive high quality blanks for embroidery. We carry regular inventory for grip socks and regular crew socks.

Absolutely! We do require a waiver to be signed when we are embroidering items you drop off or ship to us, but we are happy to embroider them!
